Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items outside of original packaging and without original tags
  • Items that have been worn, laundered, stained or damaged
  • Items that have received any embroidery or printed

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact your sales rep directly or email us at yachtwear@nationalmarine.com with the items you will be returning and reason for return.
  • Once return is approved you will then directly receive instructions on how to return your item

4. Shipping

  • You are responsible for any shipping costs for returning or exchanging items

5. Refund

  • Once the return has been received and processed it will then be credited to your account

6. Exchanges

  • Please contact your sales rep directly or email us at yachtwear@nationalmarine.com to initiate your exchange process. The same directions apply for exchanges as they do returns.
